Title: Reinforced Joint Scheduling of Water Projects to Ensure Water Security in the Yangtze River Basin of China

Introduction: He has been engaged in reservoir resettlement, water-related poverty reduction, hydraulic engineering construction management, river and lake protection management, river basin management and other work for all these years. He organized more than 50 studies on reservoir resettlement regulations, immigrant post-resettlement support policies, and the Three Gorges Project immigrant assessment. He completed standards like Resettlement Acceptance Procedures for Water and Hydropower Projects, and published more than 10 books including Theory and Practice of Reservoir Migration and more than 40 papers. He organized and completed number of specialized plans including "Management and Protection Planning of the Grand Canal River System", organized the construction of numerous major water conservancy projects such as the Second Phase of the Huaihe River Sea-entering Channel Project, the follow-up projects of the Eastern and Middle Routes of South-to-North Water Diversion, digital twins of Changjiang River and Huaihe River, and successfully defended against a number of floods and droughts in Changjiang and Huaihe river basins.
